MBA Orlando Works to:
- Nurture a network of businesses and professional resources for gay men, lesbians, bisexual men and women, transgender persons and allied communities.
- Encourage fellowship and support among businesses, professionals, individuals and charitable pursuits in the LGBT and allied communities.
- Oppose prejudice in society at large and within the LGBT and allied communities on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.
- Foster communications, tolerance and mutual support among LGBT persons and allied communities.
- Be role models in the LGBT and allied communities.

2012 Goals & Beyond
- Continue to grow Come Out With Pride and its accompanying events which make a huge economic impact on downtown businesses.
- Continue to grow our Referral Exchange Development Group to support our member businesses.
- Launch CONVERGE, our new subsidiary which will focus on drawing LGBT individuals,businesses, conventions and events to Orlando.
- Reach out to major corporations in the Central Florida market to provide information and expertise to enhance their entire Diversity / HR platforms.
